VSN provides third-party architectural and construction-document review for owners, contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
Assignments may address scope interpretation, drawing coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, constructability, field conditions, consultant interfaces, and whether available documents clearly address the issue under review.
The purpose is to clarify technical questions, document relevant observations, and identify practical paths toward resolution. This service does not include legal advice, legal representation, engineering opinions outside the architectural scope, or a guarantee of dispute resolution.

Monthly Advisory and Retainer Support
Some clients need recurring access to architectural guidance across multiple small projects, properties, facilities, or active issues.
A monthly advisory arrangement may include feasibility questions, zoning and code guidance, project planning, permit and DOB matters, consultant coordination, constructability review, technical-document review, and general architectural advisory within the agreed scope.
Service levels, included time, exclusions, response expectations, and terms are discussed privately and documented in the agreement. Pricing is not published on the website.
