VSN Architecture, PC is a principal-led architecture practice serving commercial, healthcare, educational, community, multifamily, senior living, tenant fit-out, and select historic/LPC-related projects. Led by Vincent S. Nativo, AIA, a second-generation general contractor and licensed architect, the firm brings a buildable, practical perspective to planning, design, documentation, and project coordination.

We help clients make better project decisions early, before time, budget, and approvals become more difficult to manage. From feasibility, zoning, and code review through design, permitting, and construction support, our role is to help projects move forward with greater clarity and fewer surprises.
