Vincent S. Nativo, AIAVincent Nativo, a steward of the Nativo family legacy, has been a pioneering figure in New York City’s construction and architecture sectors since 1996. Born into a tradition of industry leadership initiated by his father, Sebastiano Nativo, Vincent has upheld and expanded the family’s esteemed reputation through dedication, innovation, and a relentless commitment to excellence. His journey began at Xaverian High School, where he graduated in 1991, followed by earning honors from Pratt Institute in 1996, laying a solid foundation for his career.

Vincent’s professional narrative is characterized by a seamless fusion of architectural precision and comprehensive construction expertise, ensuring every project achieves landmark success. His portfolio spans a diverse range of projects for notable projects including Educational, Medical, Commercial, and many more, reflecting a legacy of building not just structures but communities.

Licensed to practice architecture in New York since 2005 and New Jersey since 2007, Vincent founded VSN Architecture, PC, to further innovate in design, particularly in non-profit, hospitality, and medical sectors. His commitment to sustainable practices is evidenced by his Green Advantage Certified Contractor and LEED – Legacy Accredited Professional statuses.

Beyond his professional achievements, Vincent is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He has been a vibrant member of the Cathedral Club of Brooklyn since 2007, serving on its executive board until 2011, and the Rotary Club of Verrazano since 2004, exemplifying his dedication to service and is also a recipient of the Paul Harris Award. Vincent became a member of AIA Brooklyn in 2005 and was elected to their executive board in 2014, and served as President in 2018 and 2019, which was their 125th anniversary year. This underscores his advocacy for the architectural community.

From his early exposure to the construction industry under his father’s tutelage at a young teenager, to leading his family business and founding VSN Architecture, Vincent’s career is marked by milestones that blend educational achievements with practical experience and community service.
