Consultant Coordination

VSN is a small, principal-led practice supported by an established network of associate architects, drafters, expeditors, surveyors, MEP and structural engineers, special inspectors, and specialty consultants.

The consultant team is assembled to match the project rather than presented as a fixed in-house staff. VSN coordinates the architectural scope and consultant interfaces included in its agreement.

Specialized Advisory

Some assignments do not require a complete design and permit package. VSN also provides property transaction support, violation and closeout coordination, independent technical review, and monthly advisory services.
